When I first opened my phone I was pleased with how great it looked. The guy at the Verizon store also commented on how new it looked. We were then quite surprised to have it not read the new SIM card we put in it. After contacting the seller, who responded right away, he offered to take the phone back - no questions - full refund (plus shipping) but he also suggested a factory reset which was wonderful. It worked!!! I really wanted this phone and the helpful suggestion has saved a lot of hassle. The seller has been helpful and accommodating .

I need to get ahold of you so I can send the phone back I just got the Samsung s7 in black I just tried to have it turned on at Verizon and they said it had a software problem. It keeps restarting itself and has stuff popping up on the screen.

Be cautious with this company, they try to use misdirection in their photos to disguise actual damages. For example all of their pictures have the phone screen always on to disguise scrathes. Always ask for turned off pictures.
