Phone arrived in perfect condition. Have been using it for a few days and everything seems to be working just fine! Placed the order on Thursday, it was marked shipped on Friday but didn't actually make it to the post office until Saturday. I received it on Monday, a fantastic turn around time for sure! I asked to pick up the phone since they are right down the road and i would not be home for a week to make sure it was not sitting in the mailbox but they ignored my request and never even replied. They did ship it promptly and I had a friend come and retrieve it from my mailbox while I was gone. Device looks ok, but it will not get activated until Christmas.

5 star shipping speed, quality of packaging, quality of included Apple cube charger and cable. However, clarify any exceptions to rated quality noted in his narrative description. Mine was rated "good" overall but with the following description exception: "It has some wear from the protective case it was in. No heavy scratches. Display is in very nice condition. " Unfortunately the "some wear" is actually heavy abrasions on the screen coating around the ear speaker slot (fortunately missing the selfie cam hole). I would have selected a different one, had I known this was a screen issue, not a frame or back issue.

Based on the phone alone, I would have gone 5 stars, but when it arrived it had the wrong charging cord. I called the number on the business card that came with the delivery and they told me to post on here (which I did, on the 16th) that it didn't have the right one and it would get taken care of. After 10 days, I have not heard anything and I'm on my way to get another cord.
