I asked to pick up the phone since they are right down the road and i would not be home for a week to make sure it was not sitting in the mailbox but they ignored my request and never even replied. They did ship it promptly and I had a friend come and retrieve it from my mailbox while I was gone. Device looks ok, but it will not get activated until Christmas.

5 star shipping speed, quality of packaging, quality of included Apple cube charger and cable. However, clarify any exceptions to rated quality noted in his narrative description. Mine was rated "good" overall but with the following description exception: "It has some wear from the protective case it was in. No heavy scratches. Display is in very nice condition. " Unfortunately the "some wear" is actually heavy abrasions on the screen coating around the ear speaker slot (fortunately missing the selfie cam hole). I would have selected a different one, had I known this was a screen issue, not a frame or back issue.

Based on the phone alone, I would have gone 5 stars, but when it arrived it had the wrong charging cord. I called the number on the business card that came with the delivery and they told me to post on here (which I did, on the 16th) that it didn't have the right one and it would get taken care of. After 10 days, I have not heard anything and I'm on my way to get another cord.

Received the phone quickly ..... and its in great shape.

Received shipping confirmation just hours after placing my order. Phone was received just as described. I would certainly do business with this seller again.

The phone overall was in great physical shape, except the battery was malfunctioning and sometimes the phone would freeze up on lock screen and blink for several minutes or longer before would function correctly again. Would say it had over half of charge left, then randomly cut off, and when try to turn phone back on it wouldn't turn on unless hooked up to charger. Seller sent wrong type of charging cable, which was no biggie I had several on hand to fit the phone. I had to have the battery replaced within the same week of receiving the phone. Shipping was fast, no problem!

I received the phone as described in "mint" condition. It is nearly perfect. I am very satisfied with my purchase, especially since it came with two charger adapters and the cable as well. I was even fortunate enough to receive the phone a day earlier than the tracker originally said! I ordered it on Friday and received it the following Monday.

Shipping was not as fast as promised. Listing stated it would be in the mail same day if before 5 p.m. and the USPS tracking number shows that the label was not even printed until 4 days later. Seller told me it was dropped off the next day. Other than that happy with the phone.

Honestly, I have no issues other than getting the wrong cord. Would have been 5 stars easy. Not into online buying from sites like Ebay, but this one is legit.
