I just wanted to say I had a great return/refund experience with this seller. My phone had a defective SIM port that would stop recognizing the SIM card after a few minutes -- something not easy to catch in a their pre-sale inspection. perfect condition. shipped fast. ONE THING!! the usb cord that was shipped with it literally broke on both sides. when i plugged it into the phone the plastic casing came apart and it happened to the piece that went into the computer. no biggie. appreciate the effort. thank you.
