I was so relieved that the seller replied to my questions - especially since I had typed in the wrong IMEI number on the Verizon website (a typo on my part) and I was concerned that the phone wasn't compatible. I received a very prompt reply with the correct IMEI# and assurance that if there were a problem I could return it for full refund. The only issue I had w/the phone was the battery. As was stated by seller, 87% recharge, but it drained so rapidly (92% to 56% in half hour; other times 100% to 67% in 5 hours while it was sitting idle / nothing running in background etc). I brought it to Apple and they confirmed battery was defective. But for the $ I paid, that was fine. CouchPotatoes was a pleasure to work with.

I just wanted to say I had a great return/refund experience with this seller. My phone had a defective SIM port that would stop recognizing the SIM card after a few minutes -- something not easy to catch in a their pre-sale inspection.
