Thanks! Phone looks great and everything was as described.

I received my phone very promptly! The SIM card tray was missing and there was a problem with the receiver (I couldn't hear calls unless they were on speaker). However, the seller was very responsive to my concerns and was ready to help me with these issues. The receiver on my phone was able to be cleaned out with a computer brush at the Apple Store at no cost, which completely fixed the issue. This seller also refunded me the money I spent ordering a new SIM card tray. I ended up not having to pay anything extra for either problem. Thanks for all the help and for my awesome new phone!

Oh man im so sorry it took me so long to mark this as complete. I completely forgot. The phone was perfect and the shipping was super fast.

I received my first phone (space grey) and the volume button was broken. They were very nice, and let me keep that phone until they sent a second replacement one. I received the second phone and there was something wrong internally with it to where it could not connect to any towers so when activated it continually said "no service" I shipped that phone back (it cost me $9.95) and they sent me a third phone. They ran out of space grey phones, so I asked for silver, and I received rose gold. I decided to just keep it since it worked fine. I have to send the other phone back also, so all together I had to pay and extra $20 to ship broken phones back until finally receiving a good one. They were very nice; and worked with me and offered a refund the first time. I just didn't want to be without a phone for that long. So I wish I would have just spent the extra $30 originally for a "mint" phone instead of $300 for a "good" phone and paying extra for shipping anyway.

This phone was not in good condition but should have been labeled fair condition. I knew it had a white screen and black button which is fine, but the frame was tweaked out enough to where I seriously contemplated whether to replace it and take a loss on the phone. This phone was pretty rough.
