Great shipping time, ordered the previous night and had a USPS number by 8:30 am cts. Product as described and would definitely recommend.

Phone was in poor condition and not working properly. Phone was not as advertised or pictured. Seller did provide a Return/refund but was slow to process. Swappa was quick to help and advised the seller to refund.

Phone arrive with none working mute button, seller without any problem accepted a return and for a full refund.

Seller sent a phone that was NOT unlocked, even though it was listed as an unlocked phone. Seller was very accommodating in helping with return and even tried remotely unlocking the phone. All costs were reimbursed but it is still unfortunate that I spent 4 weeks rectifying this ordeal.
