I purchased what was suppose to be a "Mint" condition phone. However, this phone had various scratches on the front screen and back casing. Two years later, I am in need of switching phone service providers and the company tells me that this phone was reported as stolen, meaning that this phone is now useless with my new carrier. I was not sold a viable cell phone as promised and would like to be compensated considering that I now have to purchase a new phone since this one is compromised.
