Paid 645 for a phone that was reported lost or stolen. Checked it on Swappa website and the IEMI was good but bad on sprint site. Make sure you check with your actual carrier peeps. Had a back and forth nightmare trying to get a refund. Swappa should have refunded my money on go after the seller, but of course not, they are more concern racking the seller fees but not your troubles. Dont buy from this seller and last time for me on this site.

Took a minute to finally ship out but the phone is perfect and came with a clean case and screen protector and charger wire. Great seller for sure.

Everything was as advertised. Item came in a timely manner. Communication could’ve been better. They gave me the wrong tracking number. The seller never sent the correct tracking number although it arrived a day earlier than they said.

Seller stated battery health as 95%. When received, battery health was actually 90%. Not a dealbreaker for me but feel this was a material misrepresentation of the condition of the phone.

The only con, and it's not necessarily a big deal because it was most likely in the description and I looked over it, but it would have been nice if the phone arrived in a case with all the original accessories. The phone came as described and in great condition and ready to activate. Shipping was slow-payment processed on a Wednesday and was not received by USPS until Tuesday. If timing is not a concern, then great buying experience.
