I sent the phone back since phone was not unlocked. And he refuses to refund the money

Phone was repaired and LCD not original.Seller not write this. Not recommend.

Paid 645 for a phone that was reported lost or stolen. Checked it on Swappa website and the IEMI was good but bad on sprint site. Make sure you check with your actual carrier peeps. Had a back and forth nightmare trying to get a refund. Swappa should have refunded my money on go after the seller, but of course not, they are more concern racking the seller fees but not your troubles. Dont buy from this seller and last time for me on this site.

This seller was unresponsive, and did not answer our questions. Seller made us wait for a long time only to tell us that he wanted to refund. Refunded it on his own, right after the seller told us that the package had a invalid label. Not pleased with the seller’s service.

Unreliable seller who delayed shipment, misrepresented the battery health of the phone, and never sent a promised partial refund. I cannot recommend buying from this person.

Very slow shipping. Misrepresented condition of phone in regards to battery health. Canceled sale and returned phone at my expense. Took almost a week after return receipt of phone to issue credit.

I took it to the phone shop and the owner said that itnloos like that’s it’s already opened and the store owner said the parts are messed up and it has water damage. The phone won’t Turn on unless I press the power button multiple times
