Device had intermittent issues upon arrival that seemed to iron themselves out later. Seller was responsive, but only after some prodding. Device clearly had screen replaced to lower spec than OEM. Tolerable, but not desirable.

Very slow shipping. Misrepresented condition of phone in regards to battery health. Canceled sale and returned phone at my expense. Took almost a week after return receipt of phone to issue credit.

I took it to the phone shop and the owner said that itnloos like that’s it’s already opened and the store owner said the parts are messed up and it has water damage. The phone won’t Turn on unless I press the power button multiple times

Shipping was prompt and item was just as described. It would have made me more comfortable, however if any of the original packaging and/or the manual that comes with any apple product had been included. I legitimately received only the watch; no box, no formal packaging and no manual.
