Unfortunately the phone screen had scratches on it that appear to have occurred after the listing photos were taken (photos did not show scratches), so I returned for refund. The seller was very responsive and accommodating; the return and refund were processed very quickly. Excellent customer service!

An issue came up due to external factors and they remedied the situation quickly and satisfactorily.

My device was in better shape than I expected. I would consider purchasing from this seller again. One issue, the included charger cable is not the correct one for the device. Device requires a type-C. The generic charger included says type-c on the box. However, it had a micro-b cable.

(UPDATE: After notifying the seller, they promptly sent another charger with the correct cable. Very good customer service. I would certainly purchase from this seller again.)
