I was very skeptical about buying this - it turned out great! Item was packaged very nice to ensure the phone was kept in good shape during the shipping process. It arrived 4 days after purchase. Everything was as described, battery health, a few cosmetic scratches that are expected and a charger and charging block. Very satisfied!

The seller was very helpful and accommodating. After having the phone for a little over two weeks, the left side of the screen suddenly stopped working with no damage to the phone. I reached out to the seller and they were able to provide me with a replacement screen at no cost. I did complete this repair myself however, they only sent the part. The phone is now working flawlessly.
