The phone arrive with a lot scratch in the screen, i'm very disappointed

Seller sent blacklisted phone. Avoid this seller.

The phone audio on the phone went out shortly after I bought which Apple said is not replaceable so I had to buy a completely new phone.

Not even a month and already having problems

Very upset. Phone looks nice but when I make calls it cuts out and has static. Also the battery drains so fast. In 5 minutes it drains by 20%.

Poor/little communication. Disappointing customer service.

Initial phone received was glitchy--kept freezing.

Replacement phone also had problems! Wasn't as advertised; also there is a distracting spot of white light in upper right corner-- evidence of phone being dropped/damaged by previous owner. None of this was noticed or mentioned by Cellular Returns.

Not happy with inspection quality, or the company's willingness to make things right with me.

At this point, I'm just going to live with a phone I'm not happy with, because I don't have time to keep trying phones out to hope for quality. I need to move on with my life. Not a happy customer. Not a good experience.

I’ve been trying to convince myself that it’s not that bad and that I could just live with it, I received the phone looks great better than expected, anyway’s there’s a few issues with the Phone. 1. The lightning cable headphone jack does not work tried to troubleshoot but it does not recognize Apple lightning jack headphones. 2. The left speaker in the bottom of the hand set has virtually no sound compared to the other one (tried everything to fix it but to no avail , I would’ve probably been able to live with both of those issues, but the 3rd, and main issue is the connectivity, Constant buffering very very weak when it picks up a Wi-Fi signal no matter what type of feed streaming is super slow really has more than two bars but but the spinner never stops and it freezes and pixelates I’ve adjusted settings for max speed but still buffering, streams poor.I think I only have till the sixth or 10th for my 30 days What can you do for me?

Battery died within an hour of light use. Seller did provide a credit, but it did not even halfway cover the cost to replace the battery.

screen protector came damaged and the phone had damage that was not in the pictures

Seller shipped fast but I received the phone and it had a large gash across the bottom which the seller conveniently did not post pictures of.
