Odd as it sounds, I would like to promptly return this item.
I have just been told about the trade-in deal for the iPhone 13 and because of my current situation, I would like to return the item and request a refund.

Great service timely shipping just not 100% battery life wouldve been a thumbs up if so, would still do business again, thank you!

No reply to questions regarding why new iphone in sealed package had screen shield installed with a scratch!

I'm sorry I have to change my rating, after further inspection, the corner has slight damage. This was listed as mint. And now I look at the posted pictures again, that corner was not shown. Kind of suspicious but it is what it is now. Nothing that would affect the phone usage. But not mint condition as described.

Wifi+Cell iPad Item listed as unlocked new. Item received had active Verizon SIM, so it was not new and Apple warranty had months left. Stated right on box it was Verizon iPad. Swappa agreed, but could do nothing. Seller argued no mistake was made. With no help from seller, was able to exchange at Apple store for new unlocked iPad, as this was carrier demo unit with active carrier SIM. Hassle but in end worked out. Seller needs to pay more attention to listing item correctly. Buyers beware.

Screen has a lots of small scratches, there is a dent on the bottom part of the phone. It is barely Mint condition.

Screen blemishes more than I would have liked. I would have gone for a mint condition if I had known. Outside of that, the order was received and all other areas look great.

The phone was not in mint condition when I receive it; instead, it had a chip. The seller offered to return or exchange, but I wish I could have gotten the right condition first since it was used for promotion.

I bought a phone advertised as "network unlocked", however when I booted it up I saw it was locked to ATT. I contacted Swappa and arranged to return it. I sent back the phone and received my refund in full.

Attitude and help were great. The specificity used in the listing to describe the frame’s condition should have also been used for the front screen. (To stay consistent throughout). Slow on the return process once I initiated it. Wouldn’t advise anyone to stay away from the seller, but these were some areas that I expect to be tightened down. Thank you.

This sale was a nightmare. It ended with a partial refund of purchase price. Review is neutral.

Not the most positive experience, but seller was cooperative in getting a refund. The Phone was received in a timely matter, but not as described. Had a huge scratch down the middle of the screen I could feel with my finger.

I promptly sent the phone back after needing to get Swappa involved for the refund process, but between the mail and seller, it took a bit to get the refund.

Nice phone. Charging port not quite right but usable. Shipped in bubble wrap envelope. No box. Thankfully not broken. Rate 3 stars Update..the phone was not unlocked as listed. It was a nightmare. If I would have known I wouldn't have bought it. It was attached to ATT and I get like 1 or 2 bars. I wanted Verizon towers . I did a really good cleaning in the port and it is fine now. Very dirty.

Seller said mint condition but I can see small scratches but not enough to bother me. Also, the home button feels stuck. Fast shipping though.

Received my phone in timely manner was hoping a charger was included like previous phones I purchased. Phone in good condition did have some scratches.

When I think of "MINT". I think like new this iphone has scratches all on the face and some deep one that you did npot show in Pics. I should of saved some money and went with fair.

The phone you said was in mint condition came to me covered in scuff marks on it's sides.

Please make sure everything is in the packege including charger. If you have any free screen protector throw it in.

Everything works but battery health wasn’t mentioned in listing. I need to charge it after a few hours and some times it heats up. Even my first generation iPhone SE has a better battery health.

Wouldn’t call it “Mint” condition, more like good. But the phone came inactivated which is kind of annoying.
