I bought an iphone xr from this seller in mint condition but there’s scratches on the upper part of the phone. It is not in mint condition. They are false advertising to get more money from you so beware buyer. Wish I check the negative ratings first before buying from this seller.

I ordered a black iphone xs max. It seemed like it was as advertised, in good condition, only minor cosmetic damage, and in the listing it did say that there was a brand new battery (battery was replaced), but nowhere in the listing did it say that the battery wasnt iphone, i received a phone with an off brand battery, which sucks because i couldnt take a look at my battery health or the battery analytics on my iphone. the capacity couldve been 50% for all i know. In addition to this, the screen was glitching, phantom taps were happening even when i wasnt touching the screen. The seller said they had tested the phone before selling but failed to mention these details in the description. Refund process was somewhat smooth, but i wouldnt recommend the risk of ordering something just to have to go through the hassle of returning it. I don't recommend this seller.

It had significantly more damage than listed

Phone was not in mint condition. Several small scratches noted on the back but the main issue is discoloration in the screen. Also cannot hear when making calls and nobody can hear me either. What can we do to fix this?

The phone was listed as unlocked but had boost mobile as a carrier, after inserting my sim card the phone did work with my carrier. The phone also seemed to have some internal issues like overheating and the battery would drain fast.

bad communication

Received a "mint" condition iPhone with scuffs and scratches that was flimsily packed in a bubble mailer. Unresponsive seller. Would not do business with again.

Item did not arrive as described; generally, this is not a problem, but arranging a return with the seller was difficult, took weeks, and required Swappa intervention. Eventually received refund some 5-6 weeks after initiating return process.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I BOUGHT A BLACK NOTE 9 AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE ITEM IT WAS A BLUE MODEL, WHICH WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I BOUGHT A BLACK PHONE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT WAS IN THE DESCRIPTION. THE PHONE I RECEIVED WAS BLUE AND THE SELLER PRETTY MUCH BLAMED ME AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT LOOKING AT THE PICTURES EVEN THOUGH HE SAID IT WAS BLACK IN THE DESCRIPTION. BUYER BEWARE.
