I must be honest and direct. I purchased an S4 and the GPS did not work. I returned it and got a full replacement. The replacement GPS also did not work. The seller claims to have tested them. To their credit, I did receive full refunds including shipping charges (and swappa staff refunded my fee also). I was only out time and inconvenience. 4-stars for being professional; but only 1 star for sending me multiple defective phones and claiming that they worked fine. (another swappa seller provided a mint S4 that worked as expected.)

Product shipped quickly and arrived as described. Phone might as well be brand new as there are no visible marks on the screen or body. New battery seems to be working just fine. Had no issues setting it up with my sim card and after a few hours use everything seems to work great.

Smart Electronics sold me a phone described as mint condition, and the phone was perfect accept for a small indent in the plastic layer between the battery and the internal parts of the phone. The phone works perfect so far, but I contacted Smart Electronics and told them of my concerns and their customer service replied and took care of everything within an hour. I am very pleased with the purchase and the customer service they provided.

I had a very good experience with a purchase that didn't work out. The phone I purchased was faulty (the GPS didn't work well in an otherwise pristine phone) so I wound up having to return it. I don't think the fault in the phone reflects on swappa or Smart electronics, I think it was just a fluke and it simply was what it was. Everything else about the phone and the buying experience was good. In the process of getting the product returned and refunded I needed to get in touch with both Swappa and Smart Electronics on multiple occasions, and at each instance I got prompt responses from all parties. It was definitely a good bad situation. Anything is at risk of being defective or broken no matter what vendor you get it from, so its good to know that when that happens there's people looking out for you. I recommend giving Smart Electronics a shot.

Inaccurate phone description. It was said to be "Near Mint" condition but in reality it had moderately scratched screen and home button. Battery life was very poor, but that is expected out of a 4 year old phone.
