Device arrived as described and is fully functional. But it was advertised (in all CAPS) that it would be sent with free, same-day shipping if ordered before 3pm. I ordered at noon on one day, and the item was shipped the next day at nearly 5pm. Multiple inquiries to the seller went unanswered.

Very happy with the phone and fast shipping

I purchased an iPhone 5 in "mint condition" from this Seller. The on/off button didn't work, there was significant paint damage around the sides of the phone where it had been opened, the battery had no power when it arrived, and one corner of the phone protruded where it had not been reassembled properly. Seller agreed to a full refund, but it took Swappa putting a hold on his account and filing a claim with PayPal before a my refund was finally received.

Quick and efficient

I was very unsatisfied with the product. It could not hold a charge through 8hrs. I went through the return/refunding process and I'm still waiting over a month later for my $400 refund.
