When my phone arrived, everything was as expected except that the battery life was short and the battery indicator inaccurate. Burn-in on the screen indicated that the device had been heavily used before I received it. A month and a half after I started using this phone, it began turning off randomly and became unusable. I tried to get the phone repaired. The repair person told me, based on the symptoms I described, that the motherboard is probably fried, rendering the phone unfixable. He said that this defect was probably caused by overuse -- not from me, as I used this phone very lightly, but from the person before me. I am not sure who to blame for this outcome, but I am upset that my phone lasted for such a short time.
