I received the phone promptly and it was in good condition overall. The only issue I had was any calls I made sounded quiet and muffled. Contacted the seller and he recommended taking it to either Apple or Verizon to have it checked out, but if the problem couldn't be fixed to return it as they want great customer satisfaction. The girl at the Apple store ended up cleaning out the ear speaker, and it appeared to have a lot of buildup inside of it. After the cleaning the sound quality improved immensely, so I am going to keep the phone. I'd recommend this seller.
