The color was mentioned as silver in the description. Before shipping, the seller found that the color was actually gold and offered full refund if I did not like it. However, I accepted the gold color. I found the product's other conditions good as described in Swappa. They also credited ten dollars for the color description problem. Phone received on time as expected. Very satisfied with the condition of the phone! Wasn't aware that "screen shows some signs of use" meant that their was screen burn. Would have been nice to know, but this could be due to my own ignorance as well. Also did not receive the free US Cellular SIM card along with the phone, but I'm not sure if this is even the responsibility of the seller or of Swappa. All in all I am satisfied and would definitely recommend this is seller to anyone who's unsure. Thanks, and keep up the good work!
