The staff at CellPros were very helpful and kind. I had some shipping issues with a different seller which made me have to cancel my order with CellPros until the other issue was resolved. CellPros responded quickly and immediately processed the refund. As soon as I get the shipping issues resolved with the other seller, I will definitely come back to CellPros to purchase again if they still have what I need. Very negative experience, the phone is totally defective I don’t see how it could have went through an inspection like Swappa claims because it is totally defective hopefully the person that sold it on here gets some kind of kick back for selling a defective phone. I am happy swappa is sending me a replacement
