Great phone at the start but along the line i had a couple of problems

The phone had a microphone issue and I had to return it. The seller issued a prepaid return label. I forgot to include the charging brick and cable, and only after reaching out to the seller did they explain why my refund hadn’t processed. We agreed on a $10 reduction in the refund instead of my shipping back the charging brick and cable.

Phone looked brand new but the screen delaminated after 2 months. Makes we wonder if it was refurb.
Waiting for a replacement.
Phone audio not working during calls.
Shipment was quick came in earlier than expected, hoping the phone is exactly what I paid for.
Overall, this sale turned out okay. The phone screen didn't work when I first got it. The seller did fix it so ultimately it turned out okay but it was annoying to have to wait for the phone to ship back and forth to get fixed.
Screen was non functioning right , I have to change the screen and pay extra $100 at some tech shop
Everything seems good from few days of operations except Battery. The charge is rapidly going down in minimal office use (not listening to music or videos). Also noticed Service required in Battery Health. Think have to replace the battery to use it effectively. I wished I could give positive rating as I’m happy with the condition of the phone but without battery life phone is a junk. Hence given Neutral rating.

Although I had problems with the phone, the seller offered a return and accepted it.
The phone arrived in mint cosmetic condition, as described, but there was a problem with the proximity sensor. The seller promptly offered a refund or repair.
Seller sent iPhone 6S w/ bad battery. Physical description was accurate in it being 'Mint'. We contacted the seller and didn't receive a response for 5 days, despite repeated attempts at contact. We finally opened a PayPal dispute, which they ironically replied to quite quickly. They finally supplied a prepaid label after repeated requests. And then a refund the same day it was received. I was very frustrated at their lack of customer service. To leave a customer stranded for days on end, a whole business week, is not a sign of a business with good customer service.
