Very negative experience, the phone is totally defective I don’t see how it could have went through an inspection like Swappa claims because it is totally defective hopefully the person that sold it on here gets some kind of kick back for selling a defective phone. I am happy swappa is sending me a replacement

Having issues with the screen and its behavior

Two phones in a row broken is some crazy way. First one had no wifi ability, second one had a busted mic and the guy offered me a 15 dollar refund. Don't waste your time

Bought a Iphone 7 late April and it stopped working mid June, would not power on. Was in great physical condition but kinda useless now...

3 times the past week the phone shuts off when there is juice. Last time took 10 mins before the phone would turn back on had to try multiple times

This phone started having battery issues within 3 months. Even though the phone is used, I would expect the batterly life to be way longer. I have been able to avoid going to all stores, etc. during the pandemic but now because this phone's battery life died after 3 months, I have to buy a new phone today in a store and have to have unnecessary contact with people. Sale started ok but overall disappointed in this experience.

Screen is popping out and unresponsive after being in a case for ever ... never put the waterproof seal in and bad display

I have owned a total of three phones from Cellpros because there have been issues with every phone so far and I decided to replace rather than a refund. I never ended up with a phone without issues from them. "Good" and "Mint" condition doesn't mean it'll work to Cellpros. I would not recommend.

Paid $25 for expedited delivery and still waited 4 days for delivery

Haptic Touch Fails Randomly, Requires me to restart the phone to fix it.

Approximately one week ago the rear camera and light on the back stopped working

My phone suffered a hardware malfunction / short circuit this week. I've only owned the phone for 3 months. I brought into an Apple store and learned that it was put together with refurbished parts. I am not happy about this transaction.

Ordered on a Saturday, got it Monday. Really fast delivery and great sale. Phone works great and is exactly how it was described. Highly recommend this seller.

Edit: phone has started to act very weird. FaceTime doesn’t work and now it’s not turning on. I suggest not buying from them.

After initial hick-ups and headaches things seem to have worked out. At least I hope so:)
Here is an update... It turned out that I should have followed my gut instincts and returned the phone when it experienced the initial hick ups because it has issues. The microphone does not function well so although you hear whoever you are calling perfectly, they have a hard time on their side. ApplePay does not work at all and after having the phone checked out by Apple, the conclusion is that it most likely was damaged, refurbished to look new but has internal issues that they cannot repair. Unfortunate! You live and you learn. Swappa received their fee, the seller received their money, I received a crap phone. I will certainly NEVER buy a used phone again!
