Terrible response time and just terrible in helping with issues, I hope that no one purchases from this seller.

Seller did not disclose that the battery had been replaced with a third party option. Phone is now unusable due to Apple's battery-related software issues

Phone listed mint, but camera lens damaged. Front scratched. Seller did refund, but still a bad experience.

I am so disappointed with this iPhone. I bought it. The iPhone arrived very well-packed. I turned it on. I restored my backup from my Mac, and 2 hours later, the screen went black. I paid 513.97 plus 35.98 from taxes plus 15 of shipping plus 25 for the cover. I put it on the same day to protect it, and now I have this terrible experience. Was this phone poorly repaired to sell it? It was not new, I know, but the conditions said it was good. At least I would have expected one year, not 2 hours.

Originally I thought this was a great seller - super fast - arrived earlier than scheduled and phone was in even better condition than I expected. HOWEVER, just after 3 months, the battery has swollen, the back cover has separated from the body, and the Seller will not take any responsibility claiming only a 30 day warranty. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!

Faulty screen, and unfulfilled dreams. Steer clear of this seller. Uses cheap aftermarket parts to turn a larger profit at the expense of the buyer.

Sold me a stolen phone

I received the iPad. Not only are there many multiple hairline scratches on the screen, there's one prominent deep scratch no one can miss. Prior to purchase, I specifically asked about scratches and the seller responded there isn't even a micro scratch on the screen and everything is in perfect condition. Afterwards, he only offered refund on the purchase amount but would not cover my return shipping fee. Flagrant misstatement on the condition of the item led to me wasting time and $17 for return shipping. Would not buy from this seller again.
