Purchased a tablet through this seller for wifi-only use. Listing advertised as wifi-capable with a mobile data plan being optional. It was not optional. The tablet setup necessitated a mobile plan in order to activate. When the seller was informed of this and was asked why his listing made no mention of this hard requirement, he replied this was, "industry standard." This is blatantly false. We have purchased dozens of tablets with similar OS builds, and this is the only device we have ever experienced this with. The seller offered a refund in accordance with his refund policy, which means a 15-30% restocking fee, due to his misleading device listing and through no fault of ours. His "troubleshooting" attempts were half-hearted and had already been attempted a handful of times by us before he raised them. Stay away from this seller, or else you may lose out on 30% of your item cost due to internal mismanagement on the seller's behalf.
