Phone Lair sent us a phone that was still locked and an entity would have remote access to. They sent us a shipping label and we immediately returned it. After acknowledging the return, we have been unable to receive a refund and it's been over a week. Instead of having a new phone, this has been a 3 week ordeal and out over $400. Still hoping this will be cleared up soon.

This order was placed as a replacement for a phone that came with Remote Management installed. I was canceled by the seller before it could be sent out.

This iPhone came with Remote Management installed, indicating that the device was owned by the city of Norfolk. The phone was returned and I was refunded, but this kind of sales goes directly against Swappa's policies. Beware of this seller.

Issue was resolved, good communication, honest seller.

When I tried to set up this phone it displayed a REMOTE MANAGEMENT message, saying it is being remotely managed by the City of Norco. I cannot access the home screen or settings, nor even erase the phone. I am waiting for a response from the seller.
