Item arrived in great condition, seller was also responsive via chat communication. When the phone cable arrived and didn't work, seller immediately apologized and gave options to fix the situation (refunded cost of cable). Phone worked great but when cable was plugged in it said slow charging. I happened to have an extra so it worked out.

Seller very prompt & courteous. Per Swappa guidelines, only giving 3 stars as device was defective (main microphone not working) and had to be returned. Seller apologized & quickly gave refund. He seemed a reliable & honest person. I would considered buying from him again.

The phone came in exact condition as described, I don't see any red flags or anything so the phone is completely good to go. The seller even provided a complimentary sim card pin to ease my troubles of opening the sim card tray :).

Screen burn-in was a bit worse than expected,but not terrible, and there's a good-sized scratch across the middle of the screen that was not mentioned in the posting. Condition seems borderline good/fair to me. However, the phone is working great otherwise, shipping was free and very quick, and the price was competitive with many Fair S5 phones. Included charger and cable appeared new/like new.

They desecribed the item perfectly! I got it in very mint condition! There was even a sticker still on the camera screen piece. You know the stickers you like to peel off! Yeah I was happy!
It seems to be in great working order.
They also sent it out literally right after I bought it! I got a tracking number within an hour or two of buying it! Sent out same day! It did take a day longer to ship than expected, but that seemed like a shipping delay as I know, based on tracking information, when it was sent out.
All in all, a wonderful experience! Great seller and great first time experience on swappa!
