I received the phone a day early which was great, however the phone is not up to the quality it was supposed to be. It runs perfectly, there are no problems internally; however, I do have a problem with the body of the phone. I purchased this one specifically because it was said to be in mint condition, which by swappas standards means the device has no nicks or scratches to the screen or body. Unfortunately this phone has many shallow and one or two deep scratches on the surface of the screen. It's up to the sellers to be honest in their assessment of the quality and I do not feel the seller was honest in the description of the condition.

The phone arrived with a headphone plug broken off inside the jack. Rendering the phone basically useless except for text and web surfing. Once I notified the seller, they immediately offered an apology and replacement. Luckily the tech at the sprint store was able to fish out the plug. Now ghe phone is as good as new. I understand completely that something like that could have been missed. Thanks for quickly trying to help resolve the issue. Would definitely buy from them again! ????????

I received a phone with mismatched serial numbers (the IMEI numbers on the rear sticker under the battery did not match those found through the phones software). Furthermore, the phone had its history erased so that no carrier could tell where or when the phone had been used. I could not use this phone on any service. Stuff happens, I get it. But this seller absolutely would not issue a refund and consistently argued with me that it was my fault or nothing was wrong. 180$ WASTED
