I got this phone very quickly. It was exactly as described. My son is very pleased with it. Would do business again. Update: Shortly after activating this phone, it started acting erratically, overheating, rapid battery draining. This person is a reseller, not original owner....can't trust his descriptions of "works 100%". It might for a few days, then it goes to hell and you're stuck having to get a new phone and eat the money you just spent on this one.

Phone condition was described as "mint," however it was not in mint condition. There were scuff marks on the top and bottom edges of the phone. These were minor scuffs and ultimately will not affect my overall use/experience of the phone, but it was not exactly as advertised.

Shipping was prompt and I had no other problems with the phone.

This was my worst buying experience on swappa ever. Seller did ship the item fast but he listed the phone as mint. Upon receiving the phone I noticed so bumps and scuffs along the metal rim of the phone, also when I turned my light on I noticed scratches on the home button of the phone. Seller was aware of these cosmetic issues but still decided to sell the phone as mint instead of good, just see the pics to see how damaged the phone was. If you don't want any bad surprises do not purchase from this person. He is a liar and knew before hand about the scuffs and scratches and still decided to list it as mint. To make matters worse, when I requested help from swappa it was non existent. Really upset about this. I guess having the trusted tag means nothing nowadays.

Provided tracking information so it was very easy to know exactly when the package would be here.

Would recommend.

Phone was great and delivery was fast, the reason for 4 stars was the fact that it was missing the SIM card which was not disclosed in the original description and if you want to activate on an MVNO that doesn't issue SIMS then you have to revert finding one elsewhere. Sprint will not sell you one without being a customer.
