I've gotten the device, it looks awesome, I have to get a new SIM card before I can use it but it is in mint condition and all operations seem to be in order. I would buy from this seller again. Will update if any issues after I get a SIM card for it.

UPDATE: I got a sim card today and when I made a call found out that no one can hear me on the receiving end of the call. The mute isn't on just no one can hear me. Can we fix this? 9/11/2016

Although the phone came and it seems ok. The packaging was less than what was expected. It was a long shot between what the phone would have came in with the OEM packaging and being wrapped in some bubble wrap and in an envelope. - You saved a ton on postage. And packaging. I would never ship a product like this, just in principle.
