Unfortunately I have been extremely busy due to COVID-19, however I wanted to take the time to praise the watch itself (GF owns one), and they are usually great. However, this watch came with multiple issues, it does not auto-awake when you turn it, nor did notifications alerts work properly. After most recent update, it works faster than when originally arrived, however some hardware issue(s) still exist and debating if I will even be able to make my money back from re-selling the product or if its worth just putting in a drawer and chalking it up as a loss. Either way massively disappointed with this purchase and the lack of communication about true condition prior to purchase.

Battery dies within an hour with 850 cycles already used. Screen has keyboard scuffs on it which I can't get rid of. I would not call this a good quality product but rather an acceptable product. It works, but it's not good. It's acceptable. I wish they'd called it what it is; I'm now paying another $30 for a new battery.

Seller did not ship the device until I messaged 9 days after the sale. Order did not include A/C charger. Two more messages to seller and involvement of Swappa finally resulted in the A/C charger being shipped. I did receive the full order, but it took nearly four weeks.

This tablet is not in "excellent" condition. There are sections of the screen that do not respond to the stylus. Swappa obviously let's people sell junk on this site. I'm through. Don't waste your money on here. Shop AMAZON. At least they have a decent return policy and vet their sellers properly.

I initially thought everything was great. However, I just went to change my phone plan around and got a new SIM card for the phone, its ESN number was BLACKLISTED. I had to spend two hours in the verizon store while the associate had to call people in the fraud department to make adjustments so my phone number at least worked. I can now no longer sell this phone as i planned to soon. I feel ripped off. I was told everything was certified, clean, and cleared ! HIGHLY disappointed and extremely upset over this !

The device I purchased was reported stolen by AT&T 6 months and 3 days after I received it and was blacklisted. It was useless after that as no carrier will turn it on. It was conveniently 3 days outside of the PayPal protection window. The device was advertised as T-Mobile but is actually a AT&T device. I even inquired because the box said AT&T when it arrived and HAM Solutions told me it was just the box. I know now that was not true.

The seller, HAM Solutions has refused to take responsibility for selling a stolen device and misrepresenting it in the advertisement. At one point in our communications they even accused me of blacklisting the phone myself which is ridiculous. They only offered to pay me $120 to 'buy it back'. That is just 30% of the $400 I paid for the phone a few short months ago.

You risk purchasing a stolen device with this seller and then having the seller not stand behind their product. I lost $400 buying from this seller.

I noticed there was what seems to be a little extra silicone gel on the outside, but once this wiped away everything worked accordingly.
Screen has started separating from the cellphone body, I noticed this within a month of receiving the phone.

In order to resolve this screen issue I went through multiple returns, even after two the screen issue was not resolved.
HAM did do a partial refund of the cost of the phone, however at the same time they responded with a thinly veiled statement that allocated the blame for the issue upon myself.

Between the work required to send back the phone repeatedly a couple delays on customer service replies, but especially the comment trying to shift blame of the issue upon myself, I only would rate this seller two stars. There were some positive steps in the process, but no complete resolution and some customer service missteps.

Terrible experience. Phone listed as "EXCELLENT condition++++++" but arrived with cracked frame(not present in listed pictures), broken USB jack, and burnt in screen images. Seller claimed shipping damage but this is clearly not the case. Refused refund even after phone returned in same condition. Paypal understood and refunded my money in full. When there are issues, this guy is very dishonest and accepts zero responsibility. Good luck!

After only 3 hours of use the phone screen is corrupted/distorted and continues to get worse. Half of the screen is unreadable/unusable.
