Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, but the tablet was troublesome upon arrival. It was not at a factory reset. It was set up with a "test" account and I had to manually format the tablet myself. After that, the tablet was more or less unusable until I completed about 4.0 gbs of updates. However, after that and many reboots, I am happy to report that it runs like a dream. Had the tablet not required any additional setup, I would've marked this as purely a positive encounter.

Did not receive a genuine charger which was not stated in description. Charger did not work and had to buy a new original microsoft one for almost $100. Everything else worked out fine.

The iPad was received in the condition described, however it was shipped in one layer of bubble wrap and in a USPS cardboard envelope. There was not much protection for the device.

Initially I was sent the wrong item. Not a big deal, we're in quarantine and my name's not Karen so it was fine. I sent a comment to the sellar and he not only personally emailed me the return label for the product I got, but he gave me a partial refund. Kick Ass customer service!!

Seller left out any information on the model and iOS version. I bought the tablet for my kid to use messenger kids and it won't even work with this tablet. So I have a worthless tablet I have to resell. Should have asked before I bought it. Looked at another listing that stated iOS 10 so I didn't think anything of it. Cheap knockoff power cable came with it. Fast shipping though! If that counts for anything. Listings for devices like this should be required to bear a disclaimer that it won't work with half the apps on the appstore.

Unfortunately the device was not in good condition. There is a clear graphics component malfunction and the firmware is locked by an unknown password, even unknown to the seller. Customer service was respectable, however. The seller offered to unlock the device, unfortunately that would not make the graphics issue go away. Mistakes do happen. Seller apologized for the inconvenience

Came in quickly and it is working properly
Edit: the phone is now experiencing major issues. every other day the phone will randomly reboot. I tried a factory reset on the Device hoping it would fix the issue but it did not fix anything. the screen will stop working and makes typing very inconsistent and makes my emails and texts very unprofessional. I have contacted seller and am waiting on a response. will update rating when the situation is fixed or resolved.

Seller did not ship the device until I messaged 9 days after the sale. Order did not include A/C charger. Two more messages to seller and involvement of Swappa finally resulted in the A/C charger being shipped. I did receive the full order, but it took nearly four weeks.

I noticed there was what seems to be a little extra silicone gel on the outside, but once this wiped away everything worked accordingly.
Screen has started separating from the cellphone body, I noticed this within a month of receiving the phone.

In order to resolve this screen issue I went through multiple returns, even after two the screen issue was not resolved.
HAM did do a partial refund of the cost of the phone, however at the same time they responded with a thinly veiled statement that allocated the blame for the issue upon myself.

Between the work required to send back the phone repeatedly a couple delays on customer service replies, but especially the comment trying to shift blame of the issue upon myself, I only would rate this seller two stars. There were some positive steps in the process, but no complete resolution and some customer service missteps.
