Fast shipping and the product was in the state that it was described. My only criticism would be that the item shipped through USPS and was thrown in my mailbox without any signature required where it could have easily been stolen. Still, I would buy from seller again.

The phone (iPhone X) is in perfect working condition, no problems with that what so ever. I also love the fact that it had a tempered glass screen protector pre-applied so i don't mess it up or have to bring it to my carrier store. Only problem is that my phone arrived quite late (8 days), and tracking wasn't updating so I thought it may have been lost. Because it was shipped first class, there's no insurance on lost items so either I would've been out $650 or the seller would have. Not that any of this is the problem of the seller (other than the shipping method), it just worries me as I have had bad luck with getting things delivered! But phone is here, works, that's what matters!

Horrible!! Horrible! Got the phone but the charger port or cord was loose did not fit or snap onto the phone. I test the phone out with my husband's charging cord (who has the same phone) did the same thing. However, the charging port or cord they provided me fits or snaps on fine with my husband's phone. I return the phone back to get a full refund, they try to charge me a 10% restocking fee saying there is no problem charging the phone. I had to get a Swappa staff involved so they finally refund me the full amount. Not too happy with this company. I will not purchase anything from this company again.
