Item was not AT&T, but an unlocked T-Mobile which doesn't work well in my area and doesn't have Wi-Fi calling, which I needed. Otherwise in great condition.

Phone was listed as a MINT condition, which by Swappa's definition means "pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear". The phone I received had multiple dings on two corners, a ding next to the mute switch, and a ding on the mute switch itself. The phone is for my mother who put it in a case and isn't worried about it so I did not mess with returning, but in no way was this a pristine phone that I ordered and could have EASILY been listed as Good condition and I would have been fine with the purchase.

Never realized this sale wasn't marked as complete but phone is in my possession however, service was just blocked by Verizon. Will be contacting seller shortly.

Received promptly, but there was an issue with the phone (SIM not recognized). Seller was accommodating with allowing us to keep this open while I dealt with Apple to resolve.

Didn't pay attention to my request to not use USPS.

Minor scuff to the back but good overall

I had issues with phone within two weeks of use. The screen blanked out on me. It never fell or was under water just blacked out ( it was sitting on my nightstand) and phone as bought in "mint" condition. Thankfully it was covered under the warranty and received a replacement.

Got the phone but the charger did not work they sent me a new one and it works fine other then that customer service was good.

Phone was described as mint, however it was near mint. There were scratches on the bottom right of the frame. Everything else about the phone was normal.

Phone did arrive in desirable condition. Phone screen seems to be a replacement, and the screen was uneven with horizontal ridges. The imperfections were clearly visible and made it impossible to use a screen protector. The good news is the seller quickly made it right by issuing a refund upon return of the phone, so we are satisfied.

Came with a nick on the frame that was not shown in the pictures. Did not return as it was minor but it should not have been hidden. Please show all damage in your pictures in the future.

The cell phone arrived with scratches. The battery shows 92 but it runs out soon.

Phone works well and exterior condition is as advertised. Battery Health percentage was 3% less than was stated in the title and listing.

Went okay due to storms everything was delayed out of sellers control.

everything else great but HORRIBLE BATTERY. after a couple of days, battery depletes VERY fast. phone constantly has to stay on the charger. annoying

Works good but did not inform nor show pictures of two scratches that took off the red it has on top of the phone .

Good price for the phone. The phone was listed as mint. It arrived with a screen protector. When I removed the screen protector there was small faint scratches on the screen. As well as the frame. Not a deal breaker but not a mint phone. I ordered on a Sunday and received the phone 6 days later on Saturday. I’m happy with my phone. But I will not order another phone or recommend the seller to anyone.

Phone arrived in good physical condition but with battery problem. Still under warranty so sent to Google for repair.

The packaging was awesome. Not sure about phone yet. home button feels so different than my other phone. It works and looks nice.

Received product with no sim tray, which wasn't listed as missing. Luckily the sim tray of the Pixel 4 XL I was replacing is the same. The product was also shipped turned on, a little weird.

Nice phone

Found a very minor scratch on screen to the right of front camera. But rest all is fine and as listed.

I do not know who or what is to blame - but my phone has asked me to update the software at least once per day which is concerning. Hopefully I can get this fixed soon it's very frustrating. Aside from that the phone is in excellent condition.

Great condition

I didn’t get any emails after the initial sale. No tracking information or delivery date. This is my 3rd purchase on Swappa. I was expecting more communication. The phone was delivered about when I hoped and in great condition.

As discussed over the chat, I have received the mobile with seal open. I have communicated the same to Swappa and the seller, they are responsible if I face any adhoc issues.

Phone in good condition, however pretty big scratch in screen, chip out of black glass and a bunch of dirt in the charging port but I was able to clean it out. Other than that no imperfections.

I received used phone that was listed in MINT condition. It looked good and I initially thought it was a solid phone till friends/coworkers kept saying the Speakerphone sounded warbled like I was under water and they could not hear me. The tower by my house was also being worked on during that week so I thought it could be related. It continued to be a problem weeks after my initial finding that the Speakerphone was not working properly, also when using voice texting. It was my fault that I didn't send back the phone during the warranty period as I just stopped using the Speakerphone for a period of a few weeks hoping things would turn around and the next time I would use it, it would work fine. It didn't. So now, 5 months later it is still an issue and the Speakerphone is unusable. I wanted to write this review mainly to let you know as a buyer, that if the phone is listed as MINT and looks good when it arrives, make sure you check every feature to see if they work!
