This phone didn't work correctly. The seller what very responsive and made several suggestions. When the phone still didn't work the seller immediately sent a return shipping label. This is how internet commerce is supposed to go. I would buy from this person again.

There ended up being an issue with the phone's IMEI number that I genuinely believe was a simple mistake so I had to return it, but they suggested a fix first and when that didn't work, they were nice about the situation and issued me a refund without any problems.

Phone looks to be in excellent condition. Have not tried out telephone functionality yet as it it a present for Mom's Day and she will choose her carrier, but I believe she will be extremely happy with this. Thank you.

Received a phone on Verizon's "no pay list" meaning it was useless...seller should have been able to catch this before listing the phone. Kind of a pain in the arse but at least they sent me a return shipping label promptly.
