The phone came very quickly, in time for Christmas. I had issues getting the phone activated with Sprint (A Sprint Issue....not the sellers) and the seller responded back even though it was Christmas Day. Very happy with them and will absolutely buy from them again.

Received in the mail . Appears to be just like new. Battery was less than 10%. , and is now charging with my current phone charger. One really BIG problem. The key needed to get the sim card holder out was not included. My current phone does not need one , because the sim card is in the battery compartment. Will not be able to test it until I find a key. Your help would be appreciated. P.S. Problem Solved. A good friend had a spare sim tray key. All is well.

everything's been working pretty decently since the phone arrived, and it looks like it was advertised. there were some hangups with the SIM card at the sprint store since the SIM inside the phone didn't match the phone type (SIM was for a non-note 8, phone was a note 8) but they fixed that for me for free.

The item was listed as “good” could have been “fair” small scuff/scrape in upper top right corner that wasn’t mentioned. But not noticeable once screen protector put on it.

I received my order and it was in a the condition as described. My only issue was the the charger that was sent with the phone was broken. But I contacted the seller and with in minutes I received a response stating the they will send a replacement. Thank you I would definitely buy from this seller in the future.
