I’m a bit disappointed my phone was sent to me without the SIM Card Tray. They did send it out but I still had to wait a while for it to get here.

Device arrived with Sim Tray.
Seller made the effort to send a replacement, but the color does not match the iphone.
It's a concern the missing piece was not indicated in the item description as I would not have buy the device, as all the photos used for selling the item indicate the presence of the sim tray.
Also, this missing piece (containing the serial and IMEI of the iphone) means it would more than likely not be supported by Apple warranty.

I bought a cell phone in perfect condition and it came with huge risk on the screen. Upon contacting I was given a refund of 15 dollars. I recommend removing the protective film to see if the device is really in good condition.

Purchased a phone that was advertised as a T-Mobile device. Had issues connecting to my carrier (T-Mobile) and when I called T-Mobile customer care, they informed me that the phone was actually a Sprint device and would not work properly on the T-Mobile network. To be fair, the phone was in mint condition as advertised, it was just too bad they advertised the carrier incorrectly.

At the time, there were no other T-Mobile S10 5G devices for sale on Swappa, so I would have to purchase a different model. When I asked for compensation for all my trouble (time wasted, no phone, dealing with shipping, non-refundable accessories purchased for a specific model), both the seller and Swappa said there was nothing they could do.

Quite disappointed with the poor customer service overall. To add insult to injury, the seller took their time confirming they had received my return and providing a refund date. I had to follow up several times. :(

This sale was a complete and utter failure because the phone had some Knox Cloud Service software on it that seems to be for a work-provided phone. I was unable to uninstall it or get past this software to be able to use the phone, and received no help from TPSC. I put on a screen protector and put it in a case to protect the phone when I went to get the sim card. I will use the case when I replace the phone, but TPSC said they would not reimburse me for the screen protector because it wasn't purchased through them. I hope they change their mind and credit me for that, as the phone now has a screen protector on it if they are able to remove that software and resell it. Not at all impressed with TPSC thus far. If they make things right, I'll say so in a subsequent posting. If they don't, find someone else to purchase your phone from.

Update: TPSC did nothing to help me and did not reimburse me for the screen protector. Buy from someone else.

Phone was described as mint. This is not the manner it was received. I trusted the rating on Swappa, this makes me leery of that. Phone was mostly fine, save the back glass was coming loose and I was simply cleaning it when I discovered it. With little effort I had a thumb nail under it. The seller did refund 20 dollars so I could get it properly fixed locally. The battery had been replaced with aftermarket and the wrong glue had been used. the seller said the Google Warranty remained, but it was clearly opened. They did help me by refunding some money, but I wouldn't trust their rating or grading of their sales.

*TPSC* sold me a Sprint locked Pixel 4 XL under the "unlocked" category...which I discovered a year after purchase. Was using it with a Sprint/T-Mobile based MVNO then needed to switch due to coverage issues. Found it wouldn't work with a Verizon based MVNO. I provided multiple pieces of evidence that showed the IMEI of the phone was locked. Sprint and Google Tech support also confirmed this as well. *TPSC* provided zero support and nothing but delayed responses. Kept insisting the phone was unlocked despite the provided evidence. I was able to research and have the phone unlocked on my own but had to pay and find a roundabout way to do so. *TPSC* could have done a lot better resolving this.

Unfortunately this phone had a scratch on the screen that was not described in the original listing. I've seen plenty of listings that describe scratches and where they are so I figured all sellers would disclose this. The buyer's checklist literally states to check the phone for scratches or cracks that were not stated in the listing and this is what I experienced.
I did get my money back but only after some back-and-forth with the seller who initially said the scratch was allowed in the condition it was in, then wanting to charge a restocking fee for returning the phone.
I have only worked in customer service my whole life and would have handled the whole situation much differently if I were the seller.

So this is an update on a Samsung galaxy note 10+ that I bought about 10 months ago. For 10 months everything has been great. However recently I got the Android 11 update and since then I've gotten a notification every 10 minutes coming from the phone (not any app) that says that this phone is still owned by Sprint (even though it is a T-mobile phone) and I need to close out the lease y either returning the phone or paying the remaining balance. I went to T-mobile and they did not find the IMEI in their system. So both mine and the t-mobile rep suspicion is that this was originally a sprint phone under a lease but then modified to show t-mobile. The update just exposed that modification. Not sure what kind of business this is but now I am out of a phone. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Hello thephonestoreco, I bought a phone from you guys and when it came in I waited a couple of days because it was a surprise for my mom. When the day had arrived, I opened it in front of her with her being really excited only for me to find out the phone did not come correctly. It had looked like the phone was running some sort of Arabi cracked version of ios and the functionality of the phone button wasn't working either, let alone the screen was zoomed in to a portion of the home screen so I couldn't even see part of what my screen was opened to. I decided to put it back in its package and inform my mom that I have to sadly return it. I haven't had to return a device with Swappa yet so I was wondering how you could help me do that or take me to the right place to do that, I would really appreciate it. The Sale is SUDN26762

I’ve received the phone after 10 days. Presuming the current pandemic has something to do with the delayed shipping... however I ordered a device specific to AT&T and upon inserting my AT&T Sim it says SIM Not Supported by my carrier under the activation policy that is currently assigned. It continues by stating it is not a hardware issue with the iPhone it is not supported by carrier. I filtered my search specifically to AT&T compatible devices and eerily paid the $376 as a first time experience via the web, for a phone I’ve waited an extended period of time for with no other device to use during the wait and now that’s it’s arrived 4/2/2020 after ordering 3/25/2020, it’s not compatible. Truly a boomer. Physically, the exterior is in great condition and I found comfort in seeing that the device still has a remaining manufacture warranty. Doesn’t seem it’ll be beneficial in my case but that had been the plus that made the deciding factor to go with this seller amid the others.

Ordered a Mint condition iPhone XR. Received the phone and was able to immediately notice a couple scratches on the body as well as a chip that left a legitimate whole in the phones casing (probably not water resistant anymore). There was also a small chip in the glass. The phone pictured in the Swappa ad was not the phone I received either. Seller admitted that the phone didn't meet Mint condition standards and claims that they did not know of the defects before they shipped it out, but it's pretty hard to believe they didn't inspect the phone well enough themselves. They offered $25 off to compensate, I suggested $50 and the most they'd do was $35, but in hindsight i'm really glad they didn't take the $50 because that wouldn't even have been worth it, I just wanted to avoid the return process. I did at least get a full refund that was prompt and easy, but it was really annoying having my $500 held up during that time.

The phone was advertised as att carrier but it did not work with my att SIM card. Returned phone for a refund

The phone was listed as mint. There are a couple of really small dings on a corner and side and on the back close to the flash the plastic is bubbled and hard. The delivery was fast and packaged well, just those little marks on the phone make it near mint condition. Overall I am happy with the purchase just wish those things would have been mentioned or listed in “good” condition

Received a phone on Verizon's "no pay list" meaning it was useless...seller should have been able to catch this before listing the phone. Kind of a pain in the arse but at least they sent me a return shipping label promptly.

Item received in mint condition, except for the SIM card tray which had probably been pried open by the seller before delivery. Luckily I was able to fix it easily with a plier. This would have been easily avoided if the seller ensured the quality of the phone just before delivery.

This phone is broken. The microphone always cuts off when talking over the phone or doing anything that requires talking into the phone with it up to your ear. This is ridiculous and I paid 400 dollars for a phone I can't even make calls with without a separate input microphone (such as earbuds). I would like either a replacement or a refund,

Horrible!! Horrible! Got the phone but the charger port or cord was loose did not fit or snap onto the phone. I test the phone out with my husband's charging cord (who has the same phone) did the same thing. However, the charging port or cord they provided me fits or snaps on fine with my husband's phone. I return the phone back to get a full refund, they try to charge me a 10% restocking fee saying there is no problem charging the phone. I had to get a Swappa staff involved so they finally refund me the full amount. Not too happy with this company. I will not purchase anything from this company again.

Phone was marked as mint but has bad screen burn. You can see a burn of the keyboard on every screen. At least this one wasnt banned from Verizon like the other one I bought from this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Phone was banned on Verizon for being under contract and unpaid. The phone is completely useless. It was also marked as "Mint" but has obvious screen burn. Its so bad I can tell the previous user was on facebook.

Seller will refuse and make sure it's a big hassle if you wanted to return the item, even if that's their fault. Took me hours at Apple Store to get a proof of battery issue. Be sure to check everything (especially battery, possibly anything inside if you're an expert) before marking the sales complete. ASK question, especially about battery before purchase.

Phone was listed as mint but arrived with a very scratched screen. Sent it back but didn't get a reply or refund until Swappa stepped in and I mentioned starting a dispute with PayPal. They did refund my money though.

This phone has problems with the headset and microphone, they are heard very low and also sounds an interference in the calls.
