I'm a little late writing this review, but the seller was great to deal with and I received the phone much more quickly than I ever could have hoped and without additional charges. Would definitely deal with this seller again.

Phone was in very good shape, mostly as advertised: neither the description nor pictures on Swappa did not reveal existing scratches on the glass and phone casing, but at least they were not severe.

Mint condition, blue Galaxy S9+ arrived promptly in the condition that was advertised. Phone was packaged well for shipping and works as expected. I would definitely do business with this seller again if I have the chance.

Advertised as "Verizon" but actually an Xfinity phone. Took a considerable amount of work at the Verizon store to activate. After two hours we finally found a solution. Hardware as advertised. Not happy about the discrepancy.

Phone was shipped fast and as described aside from a huge gash in the screen that wasn't pictured or mentioned. Condition was listed accurate, but a major blemish should be mentioned or at least photographed so a buyer knows EXACTLY what to expect before receiving the item ESPECIALLY when spending nearly $800. I won't purchase from this store again.

However just to be clear: Other than the one deep scratch the rest of the phone was as described, phone was network unlocked, it was shipped fast, and shipped securely.
