They listed a Samsung Note 9 as 'mint' that had a defective charging unit. The issue appeared immediately upon use of the phone and continued daily and did not matter what charger was used. Defective hardware was sold as mint.

Though, seller was communicative and worked with me to return the phone, provided prompt refund to my account upon return of the phone.

Overall, they should have resolved the defective charging before listing or at least let the buyer know about the defect. Everything else was 10/10

The phone was listed as mint. There are a couple of really small dings on a corner and side and on the back close to the flash the plastic is bubbled and hard. The delivery was fast and packaged well, just those little marks on the phone make it near mint condition. Overall I am happy with the purchase just wish those things would have been mentioned or listed in “good” condition
