The initial processing and delivery was great. There was an issue and the company did make an honest effort to fix the issue (a bad charger/cable). They had some kind of shipping issue and the part did not get mailed. They promptly reshipped the item. Unfortunately it took a long time (2 weeks) for the item to arrive. Replacement charger/cable did work. Would have been better if the second time that they shipped the cord that they send priority shipping so I did not have to wait so long. If they had done this my review would have been a big thumbs up. I know there are sometimes issues and as long as the company makes things right quickly I am satisfied, but this long turnaround on an electronic item is not good.

"Your IMEI might not be correct or your phone is not Tello compatible.
Please check that your IMEI is correct."

I’ve received the phone after 10 days. Presuming the current pandemic has something to do with the delayed shipping... however I ordered a device specific to AT&T and upon inserting my AT&T Sim it says SIM Not Supported by my carrier under the activation policy that is currently assigned. It continues by stating it is not a hardware issue with the iPhone it is not supported by carrier. I filtered my search specifically to AT&T compatible devices and eerily paid the $376 as a first time experience via the web, for a phone I’ve waited an extended period of time for with no other device to use during the wait and now that’s it’s arrived 4/2/2020 after ordering 3/25/2020, it’s not compatible. Truly a boomer. Physically, the exterior is in great condition and I found comfort in seeing that the device still has a remaining manufacture warranty. Doesn’t seem it’ll be beneficial in my case but that had been the plus that made the deciding factor to go with this seller amid the others.

iPhone works and in condition described

The phone arrived on time and was in the condition as advertised (Mint). It was near full charge and functioned as it should. The only issue I had was that it would not recognize my sim card immediately.

After factory resetting the phone, it recognized the sim but after about 20-30 minutes, it would randomly lose the connection and I would lose all service.

I looked into this online and found out that it seems the port connection issue is a rather common one.

The Seller worked with me to troubleshoot any additional problems and in the end we both agreed it was better that I send it back.

The experience with the Seller has been extremely positive and, if not for the Pixel's port issue, I would've had the perfect experience.

All I can say is, this is the best experience/outcome that could've happened given the circumstances.

iPhone 8 Plus was rated as "Good" condition. I checked it over very closely when I received it and couldn't figure out why it wasn't rated "Mint". Finally, when the screen was black I was able to make out a very shallow scratch less than 1/2 inch long on the screen, but it is impossible to find when the phone is operating. Very happy with my new/used iPhone and will definitely recommend and use this vendor in the future!!

Overall a good experience. Quick shipping. Sent it out a day after the order was completed. There is one minor remark I would like to make, and that is the rather large scratch in the back of the phone that wasn’t listed in the description. I don’t care about the back of the phone because I like to use an enclosive case, but others might care about such a blemish (if they used a clear case) that wasn’t reported. Overall though, happy with the purchase. Well packaged, came with a legit apple cable/charger, and otherwise exactly as described.
