First phone I received was not in Mint condition as listed. I asked for an exchange, the seller agreed. As soon as they received the bad phone, they sent the replacement, and I think they overnighted it. The replacement was in Mint condition. The exchange shipping was all paid for by the seller. Overall good seller that handles returns/exchanges very well, would buy from again.

No issues with loading and updating apps, using samsung smart switch to transfer from data my old phone a Tmobile Note 4. Already installed Tmobile Feb 2020 security update to upgrade to Android 10. I purchased a tmobile S10Plus in mint condition. Packing was A+ as is the phone. Not one blemish or scratch on it. I would recommend them to my friends and do future business with them. The sim card went right in from the old phone and worked right away. Checked with tmobile and no issues from the previous owner.
