Unfortunately this phone had a scratch on the screen that was not described in the original listing. I've seen plenty of listings that describe scratches and where they are so I figured all sellers would disclose this. The buyer's checklist literally states to check the phone for scratches or cracks that were not stated in the listing and this is what I experienced.
I did get my money back but only after some back-and-forth with the seller who initially said the scratch was allowed in the condition it was in, then wanting to charge a restocking fee for returning the phone.
I have only worked in customer service my whole life and would have handled the whole situation much differently if I were the seller.

Just received my new-ish Pixel 4. Looks to be in mint condition as stated, all functionality appears to be working. Very pleased!

The shipping was fast, and phone packaged well. The phone was mint except some minor scratches on the screen that are noticeable when the light hits at an angle. Also came with USB C cable and knockoff charger. It works but I think I will stick to my old oem charger. Overall great deal!

You also sold it to me based on the condition for a price that was more than fair. I enjoyed the fact that you could have shipped it via the postal service and I could have waited a week but you upgraded to fedex 2 day shipping which you did not have to do. This phone if I had gone to T-Mobile and got it for the 5G network brand new would have cost over $1200. This was perfect and a phone worthy of me.
