An amazing renewed device, this was my first purchase and beyond what I expected. I received an XS Max 256gb Unlocked in Mint condition. I received exactly as the product was described, if not better. I even received a battery with 100% health. The only minor downside is not having the Apple accessories and original box, other than that I am more than satisfy, this phone is GREAT!

I did notice the minimalist amount of wear from the previous owner, but this is to be expected as it is only renewed. The wear was so MINIMAL I could only see it under direct light, less than 6 in from my eyes.

The product was shipped on time as promised within 48 business hours (ordered Friday night, shipped Tuesday). There was a delay by UPS, but out of control of shipper. The phone came with a charger as described and was in good condition. Battery life as stated. The phone had a screen protector and is working great! (As an aside transferring from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7 was all prompted by the phone and super easy--had to physically transfer SIM card, but easy to do)
