He sells the broken and fixed devices saying they are in firm condition.
His profile says it all. He buys devices from Boneyard(broken devices section in Swappa) temporarily fixes them and sells them as firm device here for a higher price.

I received my phone but was disappointed to find that it was NOT unlocked and the vibrator doesn't work. Pristine cosmetically and works pretty well except it is locked to ATT and now I will have to replace the vibrator.
