The seller was in constant communication with me throughout the sale and also went above and beyond with service by sending me an OEM charger and wire. I received the package about 3 days after my purchase and the condition of the iPhone wasn't completely as described since there was a big gash across the back of the iPhone that was not pictured and there was also a hardware issue with the iPhone. The volume down button was having issues pressing properly, however I was able to get the iPhone replaced by Apple since it was still under warranty. I didn't want to go through the process of having to return the iPhone and everything as it would be too much of a hassle and I needed a phone immediately.

As described, but didn't mention that charger/adapter was generic. Would have greatly affected my buying decision.

Device was received in good condition and works correctly. Generic charger wouldn't work with the phone. Said it could damage it.

Seller did respond to requests about taking another photo and about the charger. Was up front that it was generic. Shouldn't really send one if it won't work.

Phone came right away. In perfectly good working condition. "Mint" seems just a bit of a stretch. A few tiny scratches and some dirt on the back. Light dirt on the charger. The phone says the charger or cable is not certified. I would have bought the phone anyway, but it would have been good to know in advance.
