Through no fault of the seller, the express 1-day shipping I paid $33 extra for ended up taking 3 days (thanks, USPS). It would be ideal if the seller requested a refund of their express shipping charges and refunded me that fee.

Fast shipping. Watch works but a large scuff on the watch that was not disclosed or photographed in detail which really sucks.

More scratches on the screen than I expected from the photos, otherwise everything else works/looks great.

Phone was almost as described but there was an issue with the phone that was not disclosed. Found a work around because I really needed a phone.

I bought this phone a month ago, and the listing says 'Mint' condition, however I consistently am getting GPS issues where it doesn't track my location.

So far, the device is functioning as marketed. Will update in the future (30 days or so).

Phone has been refurbished, and it was done well enough for me to live with it. Punch hole camera is a little off and covers some screen, but enough for me again to live with it. The charger is fairly loose, so I try to use a wireless charger. Not the best experience, but it was good and I wouldn't hesitate buying again.

Hmm, this is AT&T phone, description was for TMobile. Condition is okay, some burn in is present.

Great phone but my phone powered off by itself yeaterday and won't turn on now?? Bought it in March 2020

Phone IMEI did not match and there were a few minor cosmetic issues even though listed as mint. Shipped very quickly and responded to messages. Overall nice phone though.

Returned for minor defect, seller refunded my money quickly

The phone was in great shape and I couldn't find a flaw. The only issue was that it took about 5 days to arrive even when I paid extra shipping. Extra shipping was a joke.

Phone didn't end up working for my carrier. I wish to return it if possible, but have yet to hear anything from the seller.

The phone was delivered -- I paid for express shipping and received it 5 days later -- The seller say's I will get a credit for the shipping charges.

I received the Apple Watch Series 4 40mm as the expected delivery time. The watch came as described in the listing except the charger. It took so long for a full charge for the watch. I have contacted the seller to return for a refund.

Phone was not as described. The description said "Mild screen burn and some scratches on glass," but that wildly understated the condition. The screen burn is significant as is the scuffing on the glass. The "scratches" are actually full-faced scuffing, and deep, from apparently being stored against a wallet with an ID holder (the imprint and pattern is significant and obvious). It's bad enough that I couldn't see the screen image all that well, though a screen protector did help reduce the effect of the scuffing significantly.

The functionality of the hardware, however, is spot on and works very well. I do wish the seller had been more honest on the condition of the glass and the pronounced screen burn.

MacBook matched pictures but has ICloud screen lock from previous owner. Seller has agreed to allow return for refund.

Overall the phone is in decent shape, but it did keep turning on and off because it had a bad battery...

SIM card reader does not work. Other than that the phone is perfect. I just can’t use the phone as a phone and apple can’t do anything abt it.

Beware. Phone was blacklisted. Seller did offer refund, but too much hassle.

Received item quickly, unfortunately the phone had a problem connecting to the network. Contacted the seller, who pointed us to Apple for repair. Apple did repair the problem, within a week, free of charge. Bit of a hassle, but all ended well.

I received the phone. Phone condition is exactly what was described. Although I do have question. I didn't get any charger or cable and ear pods. Did I miss anything while buying. Please let me know.

USPS sucks.

The backslash key interrupts every word I type. I now have to go through finding how to repair it? Seller responded with a quick solution in bringing it to Apple to fix. Appreciate their quick response of a solution.

I have received the phone and worked great for about 30 days. Now there is a bright white line at the bottom of the screen. The phone was never dropped, just appeared.

The phone arrived in great condition and works well. The only disappointment is there was no charging cable.

The phone I bought was advertised as a T-Mobile phone but it was actually for a different carrier. I tried to activate my phone at a T-Mobile store and spent many hours with the employees trying to figure it out. I ended up shipping back the phone for a full refund. The whole situation was cumbersome. The seller was responsive but not very quick so there was a lot of waiting.

This phone works great In all aspects except for the microphone and the battery drains very fast the microphone doesn’t seem to work and I people can’t hear me when I make calls
