The device was delivered fast! The first time it was delivered there was an issue with the wifi. I sent it back and the seller fixed it very fast. There was a shipping issue that was my fault and the seller was very understanding and patient. Communication was great between this whole process. Device was received and was exactly as described. Was 2 day shipping but didn't get it until the 3rd day but I'm not putting that on the seller as tracking was provided. Overall happy with the new device.

Got this phone very quickly & it was mint condition. I would recommend seller.

Not only did i receive it the first time... there was a technical issue requiring it to be sent back and they replaced it at no cost to me along with putting a new screen cover on the phone and had it back to me in a matter of days. THEN... when it arrived with a strange password issue, they sent me a link of instructions on how to get past it and reset the settings. A+... would do business again :)

I recently ordered an iPhone 6s Plus from Lightning Solutions. I am pleased with the product. Lightning Solutions was able to reply to several questions I had on the listing in a relatively quick time relative to when I asked. After purchasing the phone, the seller was prompt with mailing it the next day. I received the phone less than 48 hours after ordering, however part of this short time had to do with my close location to Lightning Solutions. The phone was received exactly as described, in very good condition. My only complaint would be that I received an aftermarket charger for my phone instead of a stock one, however it was never noted that I would receive a stock one. Overall Lightning Solutions is reliable and pleasurable to do business with.
