Received the phone in box as in pictures. I fault myself somewhat in failing to ask whether charger and cable and any documents would be included - none of them were.

Communication was a little confusing and details were sparse, but the phone was shipped fast and a great device.

I wish the screen had a few less (although tiny) scratches. BUT!! I bought a USED phone in GOOD condition. I can't fault the seller. The seller did everything (nearly) correct! Sticker on back of phone left residue, annoying; but goo-off will fix it :)
A better photo of the screen so I could see the scratches would have been nice. But then again, it's my fault because I wanted the phone immediately and couldn't wait to ask the seller for more photos.
