Kevin is very nice and helpful, but unfortunately, the device was initially shipped to an incorrect address. When I received the device it was not in the described "Mint" condition. Kevin handled the situation pretty well and ended up providing a refund. Everything turned out ok, but it took a long time and a fair amount of attention.

Phone is no where near mint. Screen is scratched up real good and litter rim has alot of pits and scratches. Good communication and shipping but phone is in fair conditon. Charging port area paint is worn out.

Phone works great. Was listed as a black phone and received a silver one. Seller offered me the option to return the phone for a refund but I didn't want to go thru that hassle since there wasn't anything wrong with the phone except the color.

Excellent transaction, contacted the seller and expressed to him that my phone had broke and asked him to ship it asap. He shipped it the same day as the purchase and overnighted it to me.

Spelled my name wrong on the package, tracking number was invalid and Kevin never responded.
