Fast shipping, no communication. Said the phone didn't have a mark on it and the scratches were on a screen protector. Tried for an hour trying to get off the "screen protector" that isn't there. Looked up and used many strategies, but too now avail because I'm sure there isn't one on there. Waste

No communication, but fast to ship. Screen was indeed perfect, as was most of the case, but the case had a small crack near the data plug (which was visible in the pictures but not specifically pointed out in the description). Price was very reasonable. I'd purchase another phone from this seller.
